Sms Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and providing consent to receive text messages from Quattro LLC, you agree to receive account-related SMS messages from Quattro LLC.
Messages may include invoice notifications, outstanding balance reminders, payment links, payment confirmations, billing follow-ups, requested account information, and other account servicing communications.
Verbal SMS Consent process
Quattro LLC obtains consent to send account-related SMS messages from existing clients during a live inbound or outbound telephone call with a Quattro representative or automated account assistant.
Before any SMS message is sent, the client is specifically asked:
“Would you like Quattro Accounting to send this requested account-related information to you by text message at the mobile number on file? Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of receiving services from Quattro LLC.”
Quattro LLC sends the SMS message only after the client provides an affirmative verbal response. The client’s consent is documented as part of the account interaction. No SMS message is sent when the client declines or does not provide affirmative consent.

Consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services from Quattro LLC.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from this program unless you provide consent again.

Quattro Accounting does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
SMS delivery is subject to your wireless carrier's network availability and Quattro LLC is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
